Monday, June 23, 2014 - First had the '97 on Thanksgiving 9 years ago. Finally opened the magnum, which was stunning. Decanted and let sit 3+ hours before enjoying for the next couple of hours with grilled steaks, mushrooms etc. Cork was pristine.
