Thursday, August 25, 2005 - Dinner w/ Kevin & family. Wow, this was a beautifully balanced wine, exploding with layer after layer of nuanced flavor, including blueberries, chocolate, and mocha. Lots of structure and backbone to back up the fruit, and a super-long finish. Ultra-fine, well integrated tannins. Drinking superbly now, with perhaps some upside potential.
