Monday, August 20, 2018 - The wine at 21 maintains its flavors of ripe berries cedar and eucalyptus. Not too sweet, but beautiful with enough acid to balance the fruit.
Sometimes I find Insignia’s to be a little too jammy, but tonight this ‘97 wasn’t.
