Wednesday, July 21, 2021 - Open that bottle - Dan chooses 2010 Beaucastel: Decanted 1.5 hours. This wine is savory and fits my expectation for a Beaucastel. Perfumed and herbal, black to almost purple fruit. Singing finish. Wait 5 years and it'll be better for sure, but this is nice to drink now.
