Tuesday, February 2, 2016 - Incredible showing for this wine. Decanted and drank over 3 hours. Beautiful nose, beautiful flavor profile (dark cherries, cinnamon, currant, mineral, forest), great depth, beautiful mouth feel, and a long finish. A tremendous wine on all accounts. So fresh, excellent structure. Still at peak. Doesn't need much breathing time....it's definitely good to go right now. Should be at a similar peak for at least a year, it may degrade slightly over next 3-4. Drink by 2020 for best results.
