Monday, January 21, 2008 - let decant for over 1 hour. On the nose aromas of chocolate, leather, oak and cherries. The wine had a wonderful finish deep and long lasting. During dinner (steak) over 2 plus hours the wine stayed consistant and showed that it could go to a second day. Fortunately (or unfortunately) we finished the bottle in one seating. A really luscious affair.
