Thursday, November 8, 2018 - 2018 Villa d’Este Wine Symposium – Kelly, RJ, Justin and Kevin's excellent adventure; 11/7/2018-11/11/2018 (Villa D’este, Lake Como): Very youthful Napa cab nose displaying blueberry liqueur, crème de cassis, ink, licorice, caramel, dark spices, milk chocolate, a hint of cedar and earth. Very good concentration, packed ripe blue and black fruit, unctuous and thick, warm and round, bright acidity, earthy mineral and a long intense black fruit driven finish. It is drinking nicely but can hold for another two decades or longer as there is plenty of fruit.
