Wednesday, December 25, 2019 - Sometimes a wine is better with the company you keep. How many more Christmas wines will I have with my 90 year old father? Decanted an hour before it became better as dinner progressed through the night. Dark fruits and silky tannins with a lingering palate and slight bricking, cedar on the nose...great. The entire family enjoyed it. A new member to our family commented “Wow never had a wine like this it’s incredible..” Who could ask for more?
