Opened up even more with about 30 minutes of decanting to reveal a bit of earthiness and some pepper. A truely delicious wine and much better, in my opinion, than the more recent Insignia wines. It seems in the last few years that the wines have become almost too big with really jammy fruit and have lost their old structure. Enjoy!!!
