Friday, June 25, 2021 - With dear friends and Filet Mignon in Maine. I brought a bottle and my host and friend discovered that he had another left! So we had the arduous task of enjoying both bottles immensely. Insignia is living proof that the folks in California can make wonderful Cabernet blends, and every bottle of this was worthy of a fine house in the Medoc. Not overpowering but elegant and beautifully balanced with a long fine finish. Perhaps just past its peak but hardly over the hill. Glad I have one more left . . .
