Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Bottle 11 of 12...Exceptional wine. It's been 3 years since our last bottle and I wasn't sure what to expect - as it seemed to be in a semi-closed phase. This bottle was singing. Decanted 30 minutes and drank over the next 2 hours. Beautiful dark fruit and berry nose with a hint of leather. A bit of bricking on the edges. Full bodied, super smooth, still tons of fruit, with mineral, chocolate notes. Lovely super long finish. Perfectly paired with Prime Rib. Glad we have one more. Seems in no danger of expiring any time soon. Enjoy now or continue to hold. 95+
