Saturday, March 28, 2009 - A classic wine in the prime drinking window. Still dark garnet in color with nose of dark fruit, mocha, and hints of vanilla. Palate is extremely elegant and concentrated with layers of smooth/soft fruit. Lengthy finish. The key word here is elegant. Of note, the fruit is just starting to fade a bit thus if your not into aged wines then you may want to drink soon.
