Sunday, February 15, 2015 - Dark, inky color. Fruity nose of cherries and wood. A little hot on PnP with palate similar to nose, dominated by cherries with some toasty oak. Medium body, medium finish. Drank over several days, vacu-vin'd in between, it developed additional tannins and spice notes each day (and strangely, the oak became less toasty) although it also fell apart after 2 hours in the glass on day 2 so drink soonish.
