Saturday, February 24, 2018 - Well this was a Reserve, but an absolutely beautiful 20+ year aged Brunello from a delightful vintage. An aroma of fresh rosebuds immediately upon opening. Luscious red blackberry fruit with just the right amount of chalky earthiness that reminded me of a purple bean bag chair from the 80s. YEP! Blame it on the Brunello.
