Sunday, May 24, 2020 - Deep ruby Color. Pronounced nose with lots of mint, vanilla, Fennel, smoke, pepper, black currants, green leaves. Med+ acidity, high alcohol, full body, Med+ tannins, Med+flavor intensity, Med finish. Very round and sweet mouth, with quite some mint and fennel, interesting! No decanting, definitely in the drinking window now. Went perfectly with the wagyu beef.
