Tuesday, April 9, 2024 - Blinded. Coming after the Dandelion, this immediately established/discerned itself as the more tradition, serious wine. A wine of refinement. Beautiful notes of cherries, strawberries mixed with spice (and just bits of oak) rose from the glass with a few swirls. Silky, velvety & layered mouthfeel, this was red-fruit driven w/ hints of forest-floor. Overall, it had nice weight/depth. Very delicious. This will continue to keep & should improve even further with more age.
