Sunday, December 24, 2023 - This was really impressive. Very classic Syrah flavor profile (olives, meatiness, herbs) with a lot of power but super balanced.

This drank well with a 2 hour decant, but I'm pretty sure it's just entering its drinking window. It should develop a lot of more over the next 5-10 years and get even better.

So, not a sin to drink right now. But if you have the patience, it'll probably get a lot better.
