Decanted for some time (one or two hours). The nose is very fresh. Integrated melange of fruits and earth. Very nice bouquet. Nutty smell after a while. On the palate Dark fruits, jam, caramel. Lots of tannins remain but they are soft. Winifred (our guide) said that there was more tension in the wine when it was decanted. At least 10 to 12 years left for this wine. Great effort. But the price tag is hefty, around 80€ per bottle.
