Saturday, November 17, 2018 - Dinner at Jims - An open that bottle night (Jim's): Big wow. Totally missed the age of this, yes it shows age but has great character. Stored in my cellar direct from the winery, so I think it has fared better than for other tasters that got it through retail channels. A hit in the tasting.
