Tuesday, August 13, 2013 - PnP last night had a quick taste and put the rest in the fridge. Just like wicozani I had it with re-warmed spicy pork ribs. Very dark purple crimosn almost saturated with a crimson rim. Sour cherry rhubarb and herb aroma. Medium weight with prickly cherry skin and black tea tannin. Flavours of blueberry and pomegranate with an herbal/tobacco note. Spicy herbal finish with a ripe mid-palate. Big fruit in a sleek package. Held up well from the night before.
