Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Medium ruby color. 90m air. Cherry, leather, pine, bay leaf, white pepper and potting soil on the nose. Silky and medium-bodied on the palate. Firm rustic tannins that are a bit reluctant to resolving. Dark cherry, fennel, tobacco on the palate with a peppery finish.
