Thursday, April 28, 2016 - Straw in color. Nose of green peaches and hint of limestone. Tastes of pit fruit, green apples, lanolin, and limestone. Lovely off-dry character with a pleasant hint of astringency. Lovely balance and nice complement for many light dishes. Long life ahead.
