Saturday, April 21, 2012 - Fresh nose with flower and minerals. Steely/stony minerality in mouth as well with some flowers, pear and honey. Quite sharp acidity, but still balanced (unlike some of dönnhoff's 2010 rieslings), and really food friendly structure. Will probably buy more.
