Tuesday, February 14, 2023 - Opened about an hour before dinner, drank a bit as I cooked. Plenty of fruit left, but smooth and resolved. This was really good. Paired with beef tenderloin on the grill- perfect. This could still go some, I think the drinking window for these Rafanelli cabs are, in general, too short.
