Saturday, September 20, 2014 - Golden and shiney. The nose has apples but also notes og honey and minerals. On the palate a wonderful fresh and sharp acidity, very dry, apples, lemon, slight bitterness in the long aftertaste. Mature, probably on the top now - but ansolutely wonderful now.
