Friday, December 29, 2023 - Color: Pale yellow/gold.
Nose: Pretty citrus and floral notes. Some coconut and petrol in the background.
Palate: Lively and zesty on the palate at first but falls off a bit on the finish. Lime candy flavors are less complex than the nose would suggest. Moderately sweet.
Overall: A very enjoyable and quaff-able wine that would go well with spicy food.
