Tuesday, January 15, 2013 - Light lemon-green in appearance, nose of very honeyed green fruits, apple, pear, quite a slatey mineral note. Almost a hint of botrytis on the nose. Quite complex for it's price. Medium-sweet on the palate, plenty of baked apple, alongside fresh green apples and pears, and very good cleansing acidity. Balanced, good length, overall impression is very good quality, but could maybe benefit from a year or two more in bottle.
