2008 Gloria Ferrer Pinot Noir

90 Points

Monday, April 8, 2024 - ABV: 13.5%. The nose exhibits cherry cola, pomegranate, and Christmas spices. There's ample acidity on the mid-palate to lift the fruits, carrying them over to the lengthy finish. This is a solid Pinot that's drinking pretty well right now and I'm not sure if more cellar time will help it evolve for the better. If you're opening your bottle soon, give it a quick decant to wake it up.
