Saturday, April 18, 2020 - This was excellent tonight. Decanted for 5 hours and kept at cellar temp. Sweeter dark and red fruit, tobacco, vanilla, roast bell pepper, olive, cellar mold, and a touch of charcoal. nice acid to carry the wine through a meal. This should keep for a while but it is ready to drink now
