Wednesday, September 16, 2020 - Surprised to see quite a few notes saying wine is past maturity. My bottles all have fills maybe 1/4” or less below the cork, were bought on release and are drinking great. Seems in a prime drinking window with more room to run. Red fruited like strawberry, medium body, and nice long finish. Tannins are soft (for a beaune) and overall really drinking nicely.
