Wednesday, April 20, 2016 - Pulled and let it breathe for about 30 minutes in a cooling sleeve. Thick straw color in the glass with a light floral nose. Classic buttery Cali taste with hints of pineapple and melon, great complexity and a smooth finish. Fantastic, classic chardonnay.
