Friday, January 17, 2020 - During a Paulee dinner, so only brief impressions. Ex domaine bottle from the wine maker. A stellar showing, not far off the Richebourgs we had at the vertical the night before. Haunting nose of dried meat, spices, game. Light and elegant palate but great tannins too to provide structure.
