Friday, July 22, 2011 - Blind White Throwdown (Our House (2033 Brandywine St., Philadelphia)): Blind white WOTN. Fresh nose. Oak, cream and vanilla. A hint of spice. A long time to still go with this wine. Apple, candied apple sprinkled with brown sugar. Mouthwatering. Lemon. A shade watery and a nip nip of heat on the finish hold this back a little bit.
