Thursday, May 25, 2017 - my time in the trade; meet characters, most you forget, some you remember. You embrace experience. And you learn. If I've learnt anything it's that wine should always be consumed from magnums, and that correct storage means everything. Literally everything. This wine, whilst mature offers spice and leather laced fruit, intertwined and rich, full bodied but not heavy. What a wine: and I guess that most consumers popped too soon. Drink soon but if you have well cellared stock no rush
