Saturday, May 29, 2021 - Second last bottle of this fantastic example of Nebbiolo. Still takes plenty of air - I gave it around four hours in a decanter. Still very aromatic in a nice big Pinot glass with a hint of oxidisation. This pretty much below off to reveal fruit that was perhaps a little darker and richer in profile than my last bottle (which was up there with the best). Long lingering finish and a wine that was enjoyed by all at my birthday dinner. Perhaps slightly entering its descent for me at 15 years old but I do like Nebbiolo a little younger than some so will drink the last bottle over the next couple of years.
