Tuesday, June 19, 2012 - Medium minus intensity ruby coloured. Medium minus intensity aromas of cherry, menthol, slight sweet spice - clove and nutmeg. On the palate the wine has medium plus zesty acid, chalky and sinewy tannin, body and generous alcohol. It has flavours of cherry, herbs, sweet spice and tiny touches of plum and slight white pepper. Good
