Tuesday, August 8, 2023 - A Good Monday, Vol II:: Always special to drink LaTache. Nose is a treat: burgundian royalty, really. This is what great Burgundy smells like. Beautifully integration of fruit and body. It has some '03 ripeness, but so complex, yet seamless on the palate. Still youthful.
