Sunday, February 4, 2024 - At 13 years post vintage this is evolving really nicely with Oyster shell, lemon peel, lime and some nice minerally notes. Palate feel remains full with nice silky layers, apple and a slight lychee note. Balanced lovely Chablis at maturity.
