Tuesday, June 28, 2022 - Medium yellow that still retains a glint of green. Some sulfur and lots of salty broth on the nose. Medium weight, savory, great acidity, and like licking a block of salt. I know that this will be a reach for many people, but between the sulfur and the salt, the primordial mix reminded me of the experience of visiting the Kilauea volcano caldera after an eruption as steam was still venting. At any rate, terrific and fresh.
