Thursday, May 19, 2022 - Ultra concentrated and deliciously rich without being heavy. Completely coats the mouth in sweet cherry, raspberry, spicebox, and earth. Acidity is moderate, but has a keen edge that provides lift and freshness. There's still some tannic structure too. This may have a few years left in it, but you cannot go wrong drinking it now. Sumptuous and exquisite.
