Wednesday, February 15, 2023 - No signs of age at 23 tears old, still fresh and vibrant, will probably last another 10 years, maybe longer. Took some time to open up, an hrs decant might be sufficient. Went well with Sirloin and Brussels Spouts at Parkhouse Eatery in San Diego. Wish I had more but I believe this bottle was a loner. No hurry but quite enjoyable now with a little air. Cork appeared good but crumbled with a Corkscrew. An Air Pump cork Extractor might have been a better option.
