Sunday, October 1, 2023 - Low end of extraordinary. Opened at 11 am and seemed tight. Let Audolize (sp?) For7 hours and wow opened up beautifully. Paired with grilled NY.strip and it worked great. The only reason the score is not higher is the wine seemed too young. While the fruit was beautiful and tannins were resolved the wine was still a little tight. Drink this winter or hold
