Saturday, December 26, 2020 - This was decanted and made all the difference. Surprisingly youthful, at times even a bit restrained. Waxy lemon, some stone fruit and a touch of caramel hinting at tropical fruit. Very polished, even lean, on the palate, with a dusty minerality on the mid palate. That caramel finish is quite sublime.
