Monday, December 13, 2021 - Fully mature red cherry with earth, mushroom, and woodsy spice. Very elegant through its long-ish finish, ending with bright enough energy. Losing steam once open two+ hours. My last bottle of a case purchased on release (I think I still have one magnum).
