Saturday, April 27, 2013 - fairly consistent with my last note. not tasted blind. color and nose continue to be gorgeous. palate is approachable like last time. full fruit with little oak, spice and gamey character. lost some of the verve from a yea ago - more subtle this time around but still a full mouthfeel. finish still lacks a little but is long. overall just cant quite elevate this to outstanding but it is a great bottle of wine. no complaints here.
