Monday, February 6, 2017 - Vertical tasting of the 1999 and 2012 Uriah. The 1999 was surprisingly vibrant and youthful for its age, with finely softened tannins showcasing bursts of fruit. This could age further, but likely would not improve. Ready to drink now.
