Wednesday, December 14, 2011 - Quite restrained nose with some apple and alcohol. But then a very juicy and soft taste full of apple, plums and ripe tangerines. I especially loved the complex harmony of sweet and sour notes. Very long finish. Tastes more like a Spätlese than a Kabinett. Has great potential.
