Wednesday, March 6, 2024 - Gold in the glass with very fine but surprisingly minimal bubbles (extra clean glasses?). The mousse was there in the mouth. Wonderfully aromatic with nuts, brioche, light mushroom, marzipan and yeast. On the palate it’s mouth filling and rich with flavours of brioche, custard, nuts and mushroom (in a good way). The finish is long with the brioche richness and the nutty flavours continuing. Wonderful!!
