Saturday, June 18, 2011 - Pale transparent salmon. The nose is full of strawberry and watermelon. Light bodied and best served cold. Good acidity with a good amount of tart strawberry and rhubarb flavors. Medium intensity and a medium finish. A good wine for grilling seafood or other light fare- gazpacho for sure. Certainly refreshing alone.
