Monday, February 22, 2010 - Extremely concentrated and exhibiting a lot of youth the clos fonta 98 is a powerhouse. Aromas of ripe cherries, figs and pencil in the nose precede a full bodied offering which explodes mid palate with and additional touch of spices. Still youthful wood tannins and an ok level of acidity will keep this going for a while. Excellent wine.
